Cornerstone development has been servicing the Tehachapi area building decks since 1984, and we like to keep our business simple. At the end of a deck project the customer is happy with their custom deck that they have always wanted and we are happy to provide them with that dream. We are a small family business, always have been always will be. Because of this we can provide a service that has names and faces attached to it, and in turn give you a person, not just a number to call, for all your decking needs. Although we are a small, family business we do boast very high qualifications. Dennis, our owner, is a licensed General Contractor and has been in the business for over twenty years. Debbie, our supervisor, has supervised the building over twenty homes, and is extremely familiar and up to date with all the changing regulations and codes (This includes Bear Valley regulations). Wesley, Our foreman, Has a bachelors degree in corporate communications and has been in construction for all of his adult life. All our associates and workers are family to us they regularly have dinner with our family because they are part of the cornerstone family. A family we would love you to be a part of. Our policy is simple, build the best deck possible, and stand behind it. We have a one year normal use warranty with all our decks, because we stand by them. Needless to say you wont need it because our goal is to do it right the first time. So when its time for your new deck, make it a cornerstone deck, because we will do it right the first time!
